About the Artist

Hi! I'm Liselotte, a self taught artist from and in Sweden. I live north of Stockholm with my dog and two cockatiels. I enjoy haphazard gardening, British comedy, documentaries, fleamarkets, educational podcasts and overgrown cemeteries.

I draw my inspiration mainly from the nature and faerie lore of Sweden and Britain, as well as the fascinating people around me. Artistic influences include Brian Froud, John Bauer, Arthur Rackham, Hans Arnold, Norman Lindsay, Gustav Klimt and Richard Doyle.

Most of my paintings are made with a combination of watercolours, pencil and acrylics, though I regularly venture into other mediums as well.

I have made two table top games with All Or None Games: Betwixt and Between and Cat Packs. You can find original illustrations from both here in the shop.
